From the 14th of March until the 9 th of May 2 artists will be showing at the gallery. One Dutch artist, Sjaak Korsten and one Spanish, Marc Prat, share the space. The work of these two artists are at first sight very different, because Sjaak’s work is mainly abstract and Marc’s work is figurative.
But there are also similarities: both artists have similar starting points for their work. The existential questions result in works were we often see words (Here, there, why) in Sjaak’s works and with Marc Prat we see symbols, churches, faces that let us ask the questions why, here etc.
Another similarity is the materials they use. Often found materials or re-used materials find their way in the works.
We invite you to visit the gallery and experience the work, as the work from both artists needs to be seen.
